I want to begin with saying I knew that I was rolling the dice with wait times. I made arrangements and such to accommodate for what I knew was likely. With that said I went into urgent care with what I thought was either a broken toe (big toe) or severely sprained. When I checked in I told them why I was there. I had no other ailments or concerns. I answered every staff member when they asked me why I was visiting urgent care. I waited about an hour before going in to an exam room where I waited another 45 minutes before seeing the doctor. When the doctor arrived she asked me why I was there and I explained. She looked at my toe and said I was right and if it was fractured I would need a splint. She then said “did anyone tell you we do not have an x-ray machine?” I told her not one person had mentioned it. I would have not waited nearly 2 hours if someone had made mention of it. I would have found another urgent care or just waited for an appointment with my regular doctor! I have zero problem with the doctor as she made arrangements to be seen at another facility and made a plan for me depending on the results. I also heard her scold the staff for never mentioning to me the lack of imagining available. Never have I felt more like I am only worth my co pay and the money they would receive from my insurance. This urgent care is ONLY concerned with the money they can squeeze out of the people seeking URGENT care. I know they are understaffed but supplying me with that information would have also opened an exam room for another patient in need. I will not be returning to this urgent care.

The doctor and staff were great, but the wait time horrible. Over 2 hours of which 1 hour was spent in a little exam room.

Our Urgent Care offices are open most holidays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. I would suggest calling before hand. Thank you
