Just searched this and was so excited that I found this organization for future reference! Their site says they take walk-in intakes everyday from 9-3. Unfortunately, I was hoping to save a bird that hit a glass building; but, it was already dead.

Visited for the first time to drop off a baby bird. They came out and promised to take good care of it.

They give the best chance for critters to be returned to their natural environment. I'm grateful for their caring work.

Hi Jennifer, please check out our Facebook post here about ducks which hopefully will answer some of your questions: https://www.facebook.com/WildlifeCenterofSiliconValley/posts/10160536276378273 If you have any more questions go ahead and give us a call and we'll help you out!
They will take it. Don't wait.
Mid-October to December is the best time to trim trees. Thank you for being considerate to wildlife and the environment!
Hi Griselda, Sorry to hear about the situation. We are only permitted to care for native wildlife, so we cannot accept domestic animals/pets. Your friend can contact her local animal shelter or a bird rescue such as Mickaboo or Palomacy to try to rehome. Jenny

Our hospital is open 9am - 5pm, 7 days a week, but we are short-staffed and can only answer phones on the weekdays. If you find an injured or orphaned animal you can bring it in any time during our open hours, or call your local animal control for assistance. Thank you for understanding and thank you for helping local wildlife!
Yes. The facility currently has both being rehabilitated as we speak.
Leave it alone, mom and dad might be around. They usually will fly away in a couple of days. You don't want mom or dad to get scared away and can't won't feed the baby.
Hi, the best advice I can give is call animal control.
