Keep raising the price for spaces. Lots of arbitrary rules for stupid things. Management expects you to de weed their lots lol or they fine you. Hot tub is usually out of order. Spaces are small not worth the extra $$$ they charge in the summer.

Sites were too small, very tight. 3/4's of the park were full timers with a lot of "stuff" around their rv's. A lot of hiway noise was bad. They need to plant trees along the hiway. It is clean. The laundry only takes cards, no cash. The gym was not anywhere to be found and we had no access to the clubhouse. That made us feel a little left out. Also, the pool and hot tub were closed. Not a great value for the money.

Pretty nice RV park. Nice people, nice store. Laundry room was nice, a little pricey though. Didn’t use bathrooms or showers. Spots are level but tight. Be warned though, it is right on a very busy, very noisy highway! For that reason, we probably won’t be back.

Really nice RV park! Paved roads, cement RV pads, great water pressure, nice dog runs, very clean showers and restrooms, really nice grounds to walk around. Last but not least, the employees are fantastic! Will definitely be back!

It's about 600 dollars a month. Electricity is extra.
They do allow dogs for sure, and they offer a few dog parks that are very nice as well as a little fishing pond that you can walk your dogs around.
Give them a call, they may just want to look at it.

Hi Pam, 3 different rates, depending on location and size of lot. Normal rate is 495 a mo plus electric. The bigger spots and the burm are more. Very nice park, very nice folks...
They have a monthly rates. Lots of full timers.
I would say 95% are on the newer side but the few older ones are in fantastic condition.
