I have a 1bedrm apartment with a balcony facing North and my view is pleasant looking North East some what. I can sit in my patio and observe the comings and goings on here in HLV. Im on the 3rd floor, I prefer to be on the 1st floor. We have an elevator for each sides of the building and stairs as well. Laundry room on the 1st floor on both sides of the buildings. Dogs and cats are welcomed, leashes required in the commons along with masks while on the commons.

Hi Jae,, Thanks for interest in HAMMER LANE VILLAGE APTS in STOCKTON CALIFORNIA.. Rent for a one bedroom apartment is based on your monthly income. You are able to fill out applications online and here at the complex,, however,, at this time their waiting list is closed,, but you are encouraged to keep checking in periodically for updates.. it is a GORGEOUS Facility.. Good 🤞 Luck..!!
