Beautiful grounds. It’s unfortunate when restaurants and bars hire people that have zero enthusiasm about guest service. I don’t love going to a restaurant only to feel that I’m unwelcome or I’m bothering the bartender by simply being there. Tone of voice, simple greetings and cheerful interaction go a long way. There are many options in the valley, I hope the Colony invests in staff training.
