Our first restaurant and first visit to Palm Springs was at Feliipe's. We were seated plenty of time to have dinner and drinks before closing. It took a while to get the waiter attention to provide us drinks and menus. It also took a while to place our order for beverages and food. The food was good however once the food arrived we never saw our waiter again. Although the waiter was still present on the patio we had to go inside to pay our bill as he never returned.
