The people at the scale house are always nice and respectful. The heavy equipment staff does a good job with how they scale. The actual pit attendants are just not interested, or involved. The type of people that show up to work to collect a paycheck. You could pay quality people, that would like to actually work, rather than waste tax dollars on someone that sits in a county pickup, playing on their phone. Just an observation, its our money being wasted.

Locals are complaining about the stench coming from the landfill lately. Particularly on Payette Heights area. What steps are being taken to get rid of the smell?

Yes there is a rifle and a pistol range up there. They do close it if it gets too muddy..

What's the process to use the range. Do I need to check in at the scale house?

Refrigerators are 12.00 apiece. Probably because they have to recycle the freon. I imagine washers and dryers just get thrown on there metal pile.
