Everyone at Kia has always been super nice to me during my process of trading my car in. Ken was especially nice as he helped me find the perfect car for my family! Even though it took a couple tries he was able to get the car I wanted from another dealership! Even now after a month of buying the car he still answers any questions I have about it. I would recommend buying your next vehicle from Ken at Kia!

The sales person we had experience with was rude. I even got asked why I did not sell my vehicle at another dealer when I mentioned the amount that dealer was going to give for trade, which was higher than their offer. I returned later with different financial approval and was told to send my own paperwork from blase to my financial lender? I felt like they did not want my business. I will not return to this dealership.

I wish there was a 0 star option If y’all don’t want to get screwed over for a simple inspection, high key don’t recommend Kia motors on lycoming creek rd they’ll do it to you even if your family then block you so I can’t imagine what they’re doing to regular customers. Word of advice don’t waste your money there’s far better shops out there.
