You can get a tattoo at the age of 16, but a parent or guardian has to be present.
If you are 18 you can get whatever you want done as an adult. Parents signature under 18. Hope this helps!

Probably somewhere from $20-$40 or something close to that, if you are getting it done you should go there, unlike the piercing pogoda at the mall they make sure to open clean packages of what theyre using in front of you
