The food is good, the environment is clean enough, but the service is spotty. They don't answer their phone and they don't let customers know that the food is ready while they are waiting inside.

In my last 4 visits, the cheese pizza was always cooked too much. The crust was hard and the cheese seems to be at the point of burning. Today I decided to give this store another chance and got a pizza and 2 cheese crazy bread. The pizza was burned as usual and the cheese crazy bread was not made per the standard. They were really the regular crazy bread with a small amount of cheese in it. I was disappointed because I have some from another store and it looks like what is advertised. I think when the management changed, the quality did also.

Didnt even cut the pizza.... cause of their poor worker attitudes. But man, there are real nice people as well. So dont judge. Hallelujah.

Been here twice, both times no hot and readys. When they were done they were grossly undercooked and doughy. Sorry lazy employees. Never going to this one ever again.
