Carolyn, You can call us Monday-Saturday for an early pick up, we recommend you call us as early as possible in the day to ensure that we can still make it to the landfill to dump it.

Anything after the 7 day rental period will be an additional $15 a day.

You do not have to be home for a delivery or a pick up, we only ask that where you want the dumpster placed is clear for us on delivery and pick up.

Hi Carolyn, Each dumpster rental comes with a 7 day rental period, in which we come automatically on the 7th day unless given a 48 hour notice otherwise. You do not have to keep it for the full 7 days, if you are done with it sooner you can give us a call for an early pick up.

Hi Carolyn, Every dumpster has a weight limit included until you can be charged with overweight fees. For example, a 6 Yard bin holds 1 ton, and a 20 Yard bin olds 4 tons in weight.

Hi Carolyn, We do not allow these items in our dumpsters: Liquids, Food, Tires, Batteries, Appliances with Freon. Any items such as Concrete, Brick, Soil, Dirt, Tree Stumps, Root Balls can only go in our 6 Yard dumpster because they are heavy weight items.

Good morning, You do not need a permit to rent a dumpster but we do recommend if you have HOA in your residential community, to get into contact with them before getting a dumpster to confirm you can have it on the driveway or street.

All dumpsters include Driveway Protection, where we place wood boards underneath the dumpster so it doesn't touch the pavement. We include this protection on pavement and off pavement to ensure that damages are prevented.

We usually recommend placing the dumpster on the driveway in case any weather in the future should prevent us from picking up the dumpster. Yet we can place it off the pavement with the perimisson of the homeowner or contractor with a Landscape Waiver.

Justine, Of course, the size you'll need for your home project depends on the project and amount of waste. For small remodeling projects, like a bathroom, you'll probably be fine renting a 6 or 10 yard dumpster. Obviously, for larger remodeling projects like kitchens and basements, you'll want a 15 or 20 yard container. For household moving sizes can also vary but the most commonly used dumpster for this is a 20 Yard bin. Sometimes, weight and density of the waste will dictate what dumpster size you'll need. If you're undergoing a roofing project, you'll need to rent a 10 yard bin or a 15 yard because many bin trucks can't lift a 20 yard dumpster full of shingles.
