The 3 fountains pens i bought where not new, they have all been taken out of the packaging. Then when checking out online you're forced to re enter your phone number, which the day after i placed my purchases i received a flurry of of spam calls(this happened right after both orders). Then i was having troubles with one of the fountain pens i bought, they never bothered to reply to my email or the warranty claim( 1month after the purchase). This type of customer service needs to change. Not to mention they don't have competitive prices, this people really don't care about the hobby.

Wendy is a mean old woman. There are pens that look like crayons which she displays prominently at the entrance. When my daughter picked up a couple to draw, she scolded her saying they’re not toys, causing her to cry. We decided not to buy a notebook there because of the bad experience.

I had the most wonderful and helpful experience in this store. The lady at the counter worked with me personally to find exactly what I needed and in my budget - I'll definitely be returning soon!

This place is great. If you are a fountain pen hobbyist you will truly appreciate the stock in this store. Everything from lamy al stars to $1000 montblancs, and a nice little ink collection.
