Every time I’ve ordered the past several times the order arrives 30-45 minutes later than advertised. Don’t even deliver if ya can’t hire people. Done with this location.

I just…. Wow…. Words cannot describe the horrid condition of this place. I will try my best… 1. The lady working didn’t have enough clothing to cover herself. It was kind of nasty to see someone with half their stomach hanging out leaning over pizzas. 2. The same lady was INCREDIBLY rude. She was yelling at other workers in front of customers. She was throwing empty boxes towards people. It was one of the most unprofessional things I’ve ever seen in my life. If the food wasn’t for someone else, I would have walked out immediately. 3. The wait was ridiculous. 4. The inside of the place was absolutely gross. Dirty and nasty. Again, if it wasn’t for someone else, I would have walked out immediately. I think that this Papa John’s is an excellent representation of what Surry County is slowly becoming, and just like Surry County, I’ve had enough to last me a lifetime.

My favorite pizza by far....wish there was one closer to my house but we usually grab take out anytime we're close and wanting to get home.

Every time I order the food is good. But the staff is disorganized and short ALL THE TIME! Tonight I went in to pick up an order. It was ready when I got there but there was only ONE person I could tell that was working. She was making pizza and the phone was going crazy. She did not acknowledge my presence with an hello or be right with you. I was the only person there and I just stood and waited for 10-15 mins till she came up and said "name". I gave it to her and she handed me my food and didnt say another word. If you value personal service or being treated like a human being id try somewhere else. If you just care about food. Its good but youll end up waiting guaranteed.
