I have shopped this location for years. Usually I receive good customer service, and the store is clean and well stocked consistently. However, the Deli section is a different story…service is often very slow, hot food items are out of stock or being cooked while you wait for them to restock. I recently used the online service to order two sandwiches. It was storming so I placed my order (5:15pm) and waited in my car until my pick up time (5:45pm). I also paid online so that I could grab and go. Long story short, ordering online was a FAIL! My order wasn’t ready and workers showed no real concern about it. Just oh well, sorry we got busy and there’s nothing we can do, we’ll make your sandwiches now. I waited another 10 minutes for my sandwiches to be made, 40 minutes total. Afterwards, I went to customer service and spoke with the Manager Larry, he offered to comp the sandwiches, but since I paid online, he’s going to make it right the next time I’m in the store. The Deli would receive zero stars, the one star is for Larry listening to my concerns about online ordering. Thanks Larry.

A lil high priced but heck all places are atm ! But very convenient less than 1/2 mile from the house. People always happy and friendly. Amazing deli and bakery.

Hands down, one of my favorite supermarkets. Great quality food, always fresh, the hot food choices are delicious. Sandwiches are the best!!!! Huge cold cut and cheese selections. Toppings galore! Deli staff knows how to make sandwiches beautiful. Also if you like honeydew melon, Publix has their own farm and the melons melt in your mouth! Prices are very reasonable for quality. Staff is service oriented and they go above and beyond consistently.

The staff is always so very friendly and helpful. I am often asked if I need assistance with my shopping. I especially like the option of getting my seafood such as crablegs, shrimp, and mussels seasoned and steamed when I purchase.
