Terrible experience. Ordered the kfc signature chicken sandwich combo. +$8. Received this: a bun with 2 - 1 and half inch long tenders and a greasy, mushy clump of fries. Employee said that they ran out of the big breaded breast normally in the sandwich and appropriately substituted the 2 tiny tenders. No offer of a refund or different menu option. Only giving 1 star because the diet MTN dew was good

If it were possible that KFC used a WEEK old chicken, dipped in a vat of grease and burned it, that would equate my recent experiences. Super tiny, greasy a d burned Chicken Pot pie had beautiful crust, but, no chicken to speak of and mushy potatoes. No wonder there is hardly anyone there anymore! Sad to see

Got popcorn chicken, but it didn't come in the normal container. It came in a box for fries instead. It wasn't even full. Paid $20 for basically one serving of popcorn chicken, and a single serving of cole slaw and mac and cheese. Owner is really skimping out on portion sizes.

Rude disrespectful staff. Refused to personalize our order (as they always have…we like dark meat) especially when our order would have been 60 dollars. For that price I better be paying for what I want to eat! We just left and went somewhere else.
