Been working for a while for this company but boy are the managers racist! I called the hotline number way too many times to ask why my HOURS ARE BEING CUT. And the DM hasn’t even contacted me about it because she is “busy??” AM I NOT IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO HAVE MY HOURS SCHEDULED TO HAVE A STABLE LIFE??? I was working 20+ hours a week and went down to 5hr/week smh

I got off of work at 11:18 pm placed a order online. Drove 1 min down the street to sit at the speaker box for 10 mins and no one answer. I pulled around to the window and waited 10 mins before I seen someone walking by. I tapped on the glass. She held up her finger for me to wait.. I am currently still in the drive thru with a order I placed and paid for online and no one will acknowledge me... Corporate needs evaluate this wendy's and ensure that they do better. This is UNACCEPTABLE

While the food here is excellent, the staff is very overworked and stressed due to having to few employees.
