The U-Haul had an eighth of a tank of gas when I picked it up. The guy who gave me the keys did not do an inspection before I drove the U-Haul away, and never told me about the text message I would receive to do a final checkout. By the time I saw the text message, the URL was already expired. In addition, they made me drive to another U-Haul location to pick up supplies they said they had when I booked. I had to drive to the location in the U-Haul, costing mileage and gas that I was charged for. Lastly, they added insurance to my account without telling me or having me sign any papers. Please avoid this location at all costs. They are liars and will steal your money and time.

Have rented and dropped off several trucks at this location and haven’t had any problems. There’s often a line inside with only 1 person at the counter but it’s not the worst thing in the world. Trucks have been in good condition and clean every time. Location is easy to get to off the freeway as well! I’ll be renting from here 2 more times in the next month while moving out of state and will update my review if anything changes. I prefer this location compared to the locations connected to other businesses as it has U-Haul employees and you can also buy supplies inside!

This location was my go to for 4 years when Chris was the manager. Excellent customer service, the trucks were always clean with gas in them. Since they have changed management I go anywhere else. The customer service is awful. The trucks are dirty with no gas. I never saw the manager, he was always MIA. It's very unfortunate.

$5.45 for propane. The Uhaul on 65th Street it's $4.00. What's up with that?
