I want to compliment Jules! She helped me find the blinker plug to fix my car. I’ve tried 2 other oriellys and they told me they couldn’t get it. I went into fort Bragg oriellys to get bulbs because I had given up. Lol thank you Jules in fort Bragg.

Luis was very rude and had the worst customer service experience I've seen in my life, telling shoppers to shop at Napa because he he didn't wanna help me the right way. Luis need talking too from upper management
