Called to make appointment. Clearly stated I was looking for ceramic at 25% VLT. Even had a detailed conversation regarding our home state's tint laws (TX). Quoted $175 and had to wait a week for an opening. Arrive at the shop to be told it's either 20% or 35% and then was just stared at when I said that was not what was discussed on the phone. Mistakes happen but to just stare at the customer like it was my fault. It's rude. Found another shop, same tint, two days wait and $125. Obviously, Autographix has gotten too big to care about customers. Even the military has stopped using them for similar reasons.

I've had Autographix tint a few vehicles over the years, just picked up a new truck and had them line the bed...awesome! Always A1 quality and customer service. Don't settle for less, go to Autographix 👍
