I am so disappointed with my experience and wish I’d listened to the other negative reviews. I drove over an hour for an appointment with Jennifer that I had booked a week prior but she just never showed up. The salon was closed and there was no answer when I called. I waited half an hour, left her a voicemail saying that I would be in town for a while longer if there was a mixup or something but she never returned my call. I drove by the salon again on my way out of town 4 hours later and the salon was open and she was with another client. I poked my head in and was told she apparently hadn’t even know about my appointment, despite me receiving two confirmation emails and a text. She said she had gotten my voicemail from that morning but it was obvious from her response that she didn’t have any intention of getting back to me, she didn’t even seem to be apologetic about completely dropping the ball. She made a half hearted offer to try and fit me in but in the same breath said she had back to back clients the rest of the day. At that point I didn’t really want anything more to do with her anyway and just left. The whole thing was thoughtless and irritating and just a giant waste of my time.
