I almost gave this place a one-star for how irritated I was when we first arrived. We were a party of four, and we told the guy at the front, and he said "oh, we have a wait" I said well, how long is the wait? His reply was "Ionno, whenever someone leaves." I was ready to turn around and go someplace else and quickly rate them a 1 star. BUT the dude was being sarcastic (I hate sarcasm), and we were sat within 5 mins. When we were seated, we scanned the QR code to view the menu and had to order our food and drinks at the bar. Hubby and I decided to get the el pastor nachos, blue tortilla steak tacos, a mojito, and a Passion flower. The drinks were ready within seconds, and our food arrived within 15 mins. The tacos were delicious! I’m sad we only ordered one for each. The nachos were pretty tasty as well. I really enjoyed my Passion flower drink, but they messed up on hubby’s drink, but he said it was still good. Overall, Prank is a chill walk-up bar that offers tasty bar food and tasty drinks. If I’m back in DTLA, I’ll for sure come back for more tacos!

Spicy cauliflower is banging. Had that and vegan nachos. Happy hour prices start @ 4pm on Sunday … and the prices are f_cking amazing. Great food & service!

Thos place is like none other. Delicious drinks, perfect variety of food, both vegetarian and omnivorous, fresh fare and great atmosphere.

Tonight was my first time stopping in and we opted for dinner instead of drinks so my review is for the food and experience only, not the cocktails since I didn’t partake. I regret not stopping in sooner, it really was better than I was expecting since I thought it was just a bar prior to stopping in, but I was wrong the food is really tasty. I live very close so consider it a local place and glad I finally tried it. It’s really open and has very tall ceilings with indoor and outdoor seating as well as many TVs near the bar. They don’t offer table service so you place your order at the bar (menu accessible through QR code) and they bring it to your table. I chose the Mango Ceviche to start and it was great. Very authentic and would be something I would order again. For my entree I chose the Chilean Seabass and for $32 it really is a great deal because it was truly very good. I have paid a lot more for worse Seabass at other LA restaurants. I would sub out the asparagus on the dish however since they’re huge and didn’t taste as great as the other parts but still I really liked it and plan to order it again. For the side I chose the sautéed broccoli and it was a great addition to the fish. The egg on top really made it. Overall I would recommend to anyone looking for a good casual meal, especially before a game or show considering Staples and LA Live are walking distance.

I don't think so. But the drinks are great
There are multiple parking structures in the immediate area with walkability to the Bar. Easier option would be to utilize public transit.
Yes we have house made Kombucha on tap along with some really fun mocktails including our very popular anti-inflammatory!
We check ID if you are drinking, 21 and over after 9pm
