Under staffed. I waited in line for 15 - 20 minutes or so. Only one poor woman working. She kept her cool. She was nice and helpful. She said she was hoping to get help the next day.😬

I was sent the new box. We installed it with the help of a friend because it was a little more complicated than expected. We then started using the new controller and I must say this thing is so much worse than the past unit that we had. Instead of using one button to scroll we have to hit three in a row, instead of me able to preview something we have to hit three new clicks as well. Couldn’t be more dissatisfied with what they call an upgrade. Time to look for another service.

That weird for sure. If you have time to go in, I would try that. If not than call the main Comcast center and schedule an appointment that way.
That's horrible. I had a good experience. They did not ask me for card or payment when I asked for service it was. U pay the bill when set up. That's usually two weeks later. But only time they ask for card is if u have horrible credit or owe child support so it's a down payment of 200 was mine
