I am 67 years old man residing in Fair Oaks, CA from1999 and I have never ever had that kind of rude attitude and disrespectful case of behavior with one of your mail delivery person which happened to be on 6.09.2022. I spoke to supervisor on 6.14.2022. Expecting action.

We empty the boxes first thing in the morning. The boxes are sometimes clogged with parcels, causing the mail not to drop all of the way. Thank you for your question.

You didn't mention if you have premium service or not. If regular you can do online. I would go in person. There is a form to discontinue forwarding service #8176 I believe.

Why doesn't the carrier pick up a package that has a prepaid label on it. That happened today and I had a message on the package stating that it was a return,. Don't understand why. My regular carrier is off today. Never happens on his watch.

I will have the carrier collect the package tomorrow. Sometimes the return label can be misleading and may not be a USPS return.

I need to start mail service at my new home. What do I need to do that. For example, ID, proof of home ownership.
