We are delighted to leave a review for the well deserving management team of Anderson Place Apartments. Danielle and Arianna have been stellar managers of Anderson Place Apartments which places this property in an altogether different league with no other property management teams even close by. We have lived in few apartments in the past across the US but have not seen such amazing management team before. Both of them have been very polite, professional, welcoming, friendly and helpful. They have addressed all our concerns quickly and efficiently. We can say with confidence that anyone moving into Anderson Place Apartments will not want to move out unless he or she has to leave Davis. And the entire credit for this goes to the two star performers Arianna and Danielle from the Management team. Kudos to you both ! keep up the great work Arianna and Danielle !!! Asim & Ansh

Had a great experience living at Anderson Place Apartments. The location is very convenient since it it only a 5 minute walk away from the grocery store and has many restaurants near by to choose from if there's no time to cook. The environment and facilities are clean and the many trees and vegetation around the complex give it a peaceful, relaxing vibe. Most importantly, the staff are very kind and responsive. They are accommodating and will work with you to resolve any questions or concerns you may have. Would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking for a place to live.

When they said "Live More, Worry Less", they weren't kidding. Anderson Place was a bit pricey and the rent increases by about $100 each year, but it was a great place to live in. There's a pool, study lounge with a printer, cafe, and a laundry room. Sadly, most of the amenities were closed while I lived there from 2019-2021 because of the pandemic, but they were nice while I got to use them. The staff were very responsive and courteous. As an international student, it was hard for me to find a place to stay (especially without a US number or SSN at the time), but they responded very quickly to leasing inquiries through their Facebook page. The leasing process was very straightforward and I was able to lock down a 1BR very quickly. Finding a lease after receiving my UCD acceptance in April was stressful, but they made the process painless. Special thanks to Damaris and Gillian (who transferred to a different Tandem apartment), since they fielded my requests during most of my stay. One thing to note is that it's loud outside during Tuesday mornings because maintenance have hedge trimmers and leaf blowers turned on, and it was more noticeable when I had Zoom meetings at home during the pandemic. It didn't bother me as much, but some people might be more sensitive to it. I just got my deposit back from them (they don't do direct deposits, so you need an address for a paper check), and I was surprised I got most of it back. This is for both the initial deposit and a pet deposit for a cat I adopted. Overall I'm quite satisfied, and I recommend living here if it fits your budget.
