We have been going to Sizzlers every weekend for over a year now. We love Sizzlers, but unfortunately the food has been getting worse and worse. The new manager, I forgot his name has excellent customer service, but the employees incaharge of salad bar are really slacking. We got the chicken nuggets from the salad bar, they were raw and not cooked. We brought it to the managers attention, and he had them drop a new batch in the fryer. Instead of removing the bad batch, they mixed the new and bad batch together. Dressings are always low or empty, the lettuce and fruit look like they've been sitting for hours. We also got a steak, and it was not cooked at all, when we cut into it blood oozed out, and the cut was 95% fat. This was our last time going. We left and had to get our little kids food elsewhere.

Terrible food!! I’m not one to complain but this was ridiculous. We ordered Malibu chicken. It was supposed to be a chicken breast with ham and cheese on top. It was literally a giant chicken nugget with turkey lunch meat on it. The mac & cheese was cold and tasted like flour. We told the waiter and he was going to talk to the manager about it and he never came back. We spent over 100 dollars and only ate the salad. Very disappointed.

It's been a long time but am amazed at every aspect of this Sizzler. My Ribeye steak was juicy and flavorful- Grilled to perfection. That salad bar is going to be tough to bet.... Have to say it, loved it and will go again!

Service was great. Salad bar looked good but the meat options were limited. I had the managers special of steak and shrimp. It was good but the taste was bland. Very little flavor. The steak was 6 oz and the shrimp was 8 to 10 pieces. The steak portion was small. If I had to go again I would get the salad bar.
