Very cold and unfriendly interaction with the employees that addressed me, they lacked empathy and affinity. Client: "Do you sell bike lights?" Employee: "Yes, they are in the front, (without even looking at me, but to the wheel he was holding)." Client: "Right or left? Employee: "Right front (still not looking at me)." The place is big, so I had to search for the location. Then another employee came to help me within minutes and that was good, until the person gave me an cold disinterested attitude. No smile, no welcome, no, "How can I help you?" The other time I went in, nobody came to help me. The employees just stared at me. Even if the products are good they are not service oriented.
