I got there this morning as soon as they opened. I didn’t have to wait at all to get my haircut. Michelle did a great job cutting my hair. She’s very nice and I will be back for another haircut soon.

As of the shutdown announced on 7/13/20, no. The order was for all public indoor places of gathering deemed non-essential, including specifically nail and hair salons. The order is still standing at the time of writing this on 7/24/20.
