Friendly service and fast

1st visit to pick up an online order. There is a lack of customer service skills. No smiles, no greetings. The transaction went well but it looks depressing and feels like the workers don't want to be there. Kind of sad not sure I'd shop this store again.

don't understand why have a physical store if there's basically no stock and you have to order stuff online (also no air conditioning or it was broken so it's hot inside)
