In order to get to the store you can have directions from google or look across the street of uncle sams, there you will find an "amazon" store

Yes there is. In front of the store are 2 spaces just for dropping off. Orange flags with amazon printed at the spaces. If they are not open then it will be paid parking.
You can see whether they'll be any charges when you initiate the return process online and select an Amazon Drop-off location for returning your item. Typically, there are no shipping charges but I guess that depends on the reason for the return
