This is a busy Rite Aid with a full service pharmacy and a rather large area for seasonal goods, traditional first aid supplies, cosmetics and limited groceries. The pharmacy staff is very professional but sometimes overwhelmed with phone calls, especially during the covid crisis. The store often is behind on stocking inventory, but its primary purpose as a pharmacy is not compromised.

Called the Fox Chapel store to see if they had any Covid test available as I’ve been sick for the past few days. Before I could even finish my question the lady who answered the phone cut me off and made a very Curt remark “No” and hung up the phone. Will no longer be returning to this location. Happy New Year.

Nicest, most helpful and professional people! Easiest scheduling covid booster and flu shot!! Would give 7 Stars if I could!!! Mark the pharmacist is excellent as well as all the staff! Thank you everyone for being there!!!

I can't say enough positive things about the Pharmacy. Genine, Phil and all the other pharmacy staff are always helpful, efficient and friendly. Even when they are very busy, they make you feel like you're their priority. I've never experienced such consistent service in all my 50+ years.
