I’ve only been here twice, both times within the last few months, and both times with a fabulous experience! Everyone who works there is incredibly friendly and helpful! Between patiently listening to me think out loud about furniture, showing me the sizes of boxes to figure out if they’d fit in my car, and ultimately helping me unbox a chair to fit in my car since the box was too big! Oh also they have wonderful things in stock from furniture (I hate ordering furniture online I’m always disappointed) to hand soap!

Very clean and inviting with their displays of items. Unfortunately I didn't find the asian dishes I was looking for.

I always spend too much money here! I went in for a simple little hook for a teacup... came away with a cartload of stuff!! The store looks good with beautiful colors and patterns, the merchandise is innovative and interesting, and it even smells good in there! In boxlike Serramonte you can step into a different world. It is the reason I go to Serramonte, but then I go to Target, or Fish Grill... it brings me to the shopping center.
