Walked into the Verizon store to ask about iPhone trade-ins, and I waited for over an hour to not even be seen by a specialist for my questions! One hour later, the only questions I have are how these employees got hired! The customer service is so bad, I want to give you a zero. But that's not possible, so I give you a one star.

Deserves 0 stars!! This Verizon store is useless!! They do not care about the customer or their complaints!! They do not help at all! Even managers themselves say that it isn’t their responsibility, and that it is up to us to call Verizon support for help! If you go to this store as a customer also expect to be the technician and customer support to solve your own problems!! The workers at this store only stand around and give phone numbers to call after your visit! Walang kwenta ang verizon store na ito hindi sila nakakatulong at walang pakialam sa customers na nagrereklamo!!!!!

Too bad here! As a Verizon customer for 5 years, here are my most authentic experiences! This is a very very unpleasant store! In order to sell products, it is full of fraud! I'm about to shut down all lines and networks, leave this store, leave Verizon! The most sincere advice, do not buy any product, especially opening a new account, it is a trap! Disappointing that one of the service staff had a star-like performance! I'm going to continue my story with a little bit every day I want you to see! Today I ran into Verizon again and the guy looking for me is working. The staff asked me if I needed help and I said I was going with him, but the staff told me that the person said he saw my problem! When the staff addressed what he thought again, he was angry and couldn't say! I had my comment before him and he was very angry!
