The parts and service department were knowledgeable and very helpful, Best MHC Kenworth I've been to. Still probably a little higher priced than any Rihm Kenworth But I would still highly recommend, This place is worth the little bit of extra money

Was blamed for junk kenworth breakdown ! Differential broke apart on a 2023 kw t - 680 just driving out of a truck stop with heavy load ! They said driver error ! Just didn't want to take responsibility for there junk ! This was probably decision from higher ups in company though, high priced engineers with college degree, but no common sense !!!
