Went to the east Aurora McDonald's always loved it old charm and love that it still has a play ground... Unfortunately this visit we were met with incompetence, rudeness, cold food and a closed playground. :( Very disappointed please bring back the charm

Good McDonald's. Fries were mixed fresh and some old ones. Overall got the order correct and was able to prepurchase from the app. Though has to wait about 10 minutes at peak lunch time so not bad at all!

$8.99 for a breakfast meal, upgrade the drink to large and it ending up costing $11 for a McDonald’s breakfast! Absolutely shocked at the pricing these days, but have a feeling this location in particular is over priced. Same breakfast meal at Tim Horton’s costs under $7. Oh, and thanks for spilling hot coffee all over my hand/arm and not even offering to refill it or give me a refund. Customer service these days is beyond me. Such a shame this isn’t common sense.

Good question . My question is how come you still have to wait when there's only two customers in the store and 6 employees behind the counter and yoyr still waiting from 5 to 10 minutes ?
And they need raises! But the machines are the ones taking the orders and being the majority of your customer service. We should be getting paid for having to do work just to get our order in! 😂
