I've had a wonderful experience every time I go ! I know the STUDENT doctors come and go BUT you can ask for a PERMANENT doctor like I did after I lost my first doctor I had her for two years then her internship was over and she moved. Now I see my permanent doctor every time it's wonderful & yes the wait times on the phone can be lengthy but that's the call center in a different city NOT the girls on the front desk, (it's not their fault or job to answer the incoming phone calls.)

The service is good...a couple of stupid nurses but I can say that Dr. José Alberto is spectacular, a very good doctor.

It seems anytime that I tried to contact Paradise medical I'm always on hold for a very long time in fact there was one time that I called to let my doctor know that I had covid and this was 10 minutes before they're 5 minutes before they opened up and the recording on it said because of the high high volume of calls you know I'd have to wait online I do not just couldn't understand what they possibly be doing and not answer the phone. My question is if someone's on the phone for a certain length of time why don't they offer an option to give a call back. There's been several times I've been accused of missing appointments which I did miss an appointment there's only because I tried calling in to let them know and no one ever answers and it's frustrating as heck. I'm curious if I had some type of phone system hooked up that made them wait just to get a hold of me they wouldn't take the time to try to get ahold of me. I'm attempting to give them yet again another contact phone number I don't know so there's going to be posted I would like to let them know if they need to get a hold of me they can contact the people over at scenic my doctor knows Dr deep knows who it is they have my new phone number thank you.
