I used these guys to move my storage unit to my new house. In the storage I had a 55" flat screen that was wrapped thoroughly in moving blankets. When they arrived at my house they took the flat screen and left it by the truck. I wondered why but figured they were just unloading everything else. Anyway, they were getting ready to leave and when I walked over to the TV the screen was broken. I took pictures and said to the lead this was not broken and why would you leave by the truck and not mention it when you first noticed it. Anyway, I filed a claim and Derrick Jeffery denied it saying it was broken in storage. I then explained all the above in more detail. I asked him on a few other emails that he was not looking at this logically but he NEVER RESPONDED BACK! I think that is pretty poor customer service. I am thinking about taking them to small claims court for this. I spent a lot of money on them moving not just my storage but my apartment also. So, I will NEVER use them again! They have insurance and I know they were in the wrong. Please use someone else if you can. Hope your moves go well! Kirk

This company prides itself that they will treat you with respect the same way they would treat their grandmother. It’s their motto. I heard it over and over and over again all of the times I was on hold trying to hear from the claims manager Derek. I feel so bad for Derek’s grandmother. He is the worst grandson as I’m sure he is rude, annoyed, ignores and lies to her. The two movers who unpacked my POD were nice and helpful. Unfortunately, one of them ripped off my front step when he used a dolly. They were apologetic and got me the correct paperwork to fill out the claim. That happened June 27th. I never heard from Derek. When I finally did speak to him to set up and appointment for Aug. 8th, he let me know the step was already broken. Hmmm? How would he even know that? Had he lived there previously? The man is rude and condescending. He spoke to me as if it was my fault the step was broken. I had to remind him that there are steps missing. It’s a liability…someone could fall and get injured. He did not care one bit about my concerns or that his employees broke the property. They never showed up on Aug. 8. They told me it was because they called to let me know they were coming… I didn’t call back because they said they were on their way! When I spoke to the man who was going to allegedly fix the step five weeks after they broke it… he said, “ Derek will call to take care of it. “ I’m literally laughed out loud. It’s Sept. 4th. Do you think I’ve heard from Derek or anyone at Two Men and a Truck concerned about the missing steps and the possibility of people getting hurt? Nope. Derek is terrible with customer service. Derek’s grandmother is being ignored and probably lied to as well. Two Men and a Truck broke my property, never apologized, never paid for it or took any responsibility to make it right. Shame on you.

I had some issues with my movers, but upon informing the company of these issues, they rectified the situation and I felt heard and cared for. They assured me that the quality of move that I received was not up to their standards and that they have taken care of the issues on their end. I was pleased with how management handled the situation.

My grandmother had a terrible experience with these people. Many of her things were missing when her stuff was finally delivered. Valuables, linens, clothing. They're either thieves or terrible at their job. Taking advantage of the elderly will haunt you in the future. Shame on you.
