We test drove a suv over Labor Day weekend. I’m almost 9 months pregnant so obviously we’re kind of in a hurry to get a bigger car. We got my current car appraised, signed all the paperwork, we’re literally about to leave with the Suv when we found out my cars registration hadn’t been updated in the system yet (we paid it online a couple days before) and we wouldn’t be able to do the trade in. Everything seemed fine they told us my registration should go through by the middle of the week and we told them we could come back and finish the trade in and pick up the suv either Thursday or Friday(we live about two hours away)and they agreed to put the suv on hold for us for a week. Friday comes and we call them to double check that our registration is fine on their end before we drive two hours to go pick up our new car. We’re told by customer service that the suv that was supposed to be placed on hold for us for a week was only placed on hold for 24 hours and then transferred for someone else.

Yes they sell cars for less than 9k, however generally they will be more than 50k miles. Which is still decently young for most cars. :)
Yes, you can trade in your car but it must be examined by them and then they will give you an estimate price for the vehicle to which you can either put it to a car you want to purchase from them or just take the money.

It's easy to use their website and use a filter for pricing low to high to determine costs. Best to have a brand and style in mind though
