Not so good anymore: first of all if you have a Ford explorer don't expect to tow anything. An I made an appointment a week ahead of time for a motorcycle trailer to go from Ohio to Pa. Well when I went to pick up the trailer, I was told only in town rental for those trailers. Then the staff found me a trailer almost 60 miles in another state and still charged me for the rental . I'll be purchasing my trailer and will no longer call on u-fail for anything .
