Eggs were not done enough...hate having to chase mine around the plate. Also there was no reason we among several other groups were having to wait with many many open tables and what looked like an abundance of not very efficient staff members. Also breakfast gravy isn't brown gravy with sausage chunked up in it. Otherwise the strawberries they seem to be excessively pushing on everything were better than most I've found in the store.

The ladies were all really nice, but the food was rather disappointing. My club sandwich was toasted very hard. Biscuits were better, but very hard around the edges. The sausage gravy was barely warm.

Food was OK but not great. I was treating my mother and grandmother to breakfast/lunch, but I felt bad about it because the food came out less than desirable. Some of the food was barely lukewarm, some was cold. My meal was good, which made me feel worse because I was the only one of us three whose meal wasn't insulting. My grandmother ordered the vegetable soup as she does quite often. It usually comes out hot, but this time it was barely lukewarm as she put it. They thanked me for treating them out, but you could tell by their expressions that they would have been better satisfied elsewhere for that meal. I couldn't do anything but apologize.

Update, ate breakfast there today. Toast burnt and we hear they have an $800 toaster that burns the toast but they’re not allowed to replace it. You can see what a wonderful job they did buttering it as well. Sausage was burnt on one side making it dry and nasty. Hash browns were burnt. Eggs had shells in them. Every time we go there we leave wondering why we even try. But it’s the only sit down around. Service is horrible and food is generally just sub par. We have never been there when everything went well. We only go back on occasion as it's about the only sit down in town to meet family. Can't wait for another restaurant to open. Have written their corporate office and they issue you a five dollar gift certificate and an apology. How about fixing the problem?
