Tried Casa Capri for the first time tonight and absolutely loved the stuffed pizza, steak & cheese, and calamari. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but absolutely killer food!! Will be back soon!

We have ordered many times from here because they have the best salads, but unfortunately it never fails that we get an “extra topping” with them….hair being the extra topping. We completely understand that this accidentally happens at times, but just about every single time we order - there’s the hair. We stopped ordering from here for awhile because of it but today we decided to give them yet another chance. We wrote down our order, called and placed it - about 40 minutes later it arrived. When we opened the bag, we instantly noticed that two of the three salads were wrong, which okay, things happen sometimes, especially if you’re busy. So we call to let them know and the gentleman was very nice and apologetic, so he asked us to hold, he must have just set the phone down because a woman in the background said “I read her order back to her and she said it was right, they probably took stuff off the salads” with so much attitude behind it. The top of the container is clear, you can see right through to the salad, there would be literally . o rto take the lid off. The gentleman got back on the phone and we informed him that we heard what she said and there was no need for the assumption. He let us know that they would make all three salads correctly and have them delivered to us, we again let him know that it was only two but he was insisting that they remake the three. So they delivered it to us, we opened the bag once again and looked inside of the clear container lid - and the salads looked perfect this time, ( job well done ) - so then we go for it - opening the lid now….inspecting the salad…( remember this is JUST NOW opened, so nothing was “taken off” ) and guess what was in there, right there just chilling on the cucumber….THE EXTRA TOPPING OF HAIR….Respectfully, DO BETTER.

Fried Stromboli was reportedly delicious. We also had a deluxe pizza. I was not a fan as they add broccoli to theirs. As much a I like broccoli, it kind of takes over pizza. The other vegetables were cooked as well. My Greek Salad was good but very small for the price.

I have ordered from here with work a good bit of times. Every single time something is wrong with the order. Either didn’t send dressing, or gave grilled chicken instead of crispy, gave small size over large when ordered large, gave us the wrong order completely, and this time - had a hair in my coworkers salad which completely made us all disgusted and not want to eat our food.. she called and the manager was NOT NICE about it when it was THEIR fault.. didn’t apologize for the issue and then said they couldn’t put the money back on the card that was used that we would have to come get the money. THIS IS THE LAST TIME WE WILL EVER ORDER FROM THEM. I get that businesses have been crazy and short staffed but this is unacceptable.
