Certainly! You are always able to write a formal letter to the court, Just be careful in how you tone your letter and definitely end your letter with " Respectfully yours" .

If it is a criminal case you can check online. Google NY Web Criminal, then you can put in your name. Regardless call the court and talk to a Clerk and tell them it was an honest mistake. Hope this helps. ------------------------------ This is general information only and not legal advice. If necessary, you should secure counsel regarding your case.

You should be able to go into the County building on Montgomery st. (Its the big pretty marble building) I'm not sure who you would speak to but if you asked one of the court officers they could point you in the right direction. I believe the clerks office is right by the front door.
Only for arraignments at 9 a.m. Courthouse opens at 8:30.
I got a question. You can get a ticket. No license if you got a permit and get you car towed
