My cousin was sent here for 2 months of rehabilitation. She has been here for 3 yrs now. This was done by a member of her family not wanting to care for her. This place is like a horror movie the place is has roaches everywhere They are crawling on the beds and bodies of these poor residents. Food is far from nutritional standards, her care is little too none. Her TV she brought was stolen by 2 maintance men and replaced with a old one. WHY WOULD THEY ALLOW THAT. She is not allowed to go to her own physician for any medical help. Her medication is withheld and her phone was also stolen. She has a regular phone in her room but her calls are monitored. She is in the dementia and alshehmer center so no one believes her nor do they care. She is of sound mind and went in for rehabilitation on her knee. What is really going on there? I would be very careful to send your loved one there. We tried to reach out to Attorneys but no one was willing to take on this company! Something is very wrong here. Investigate before placing a loved one in any facility. People and places are deceiving. Greed, neglect and lies are what happens.

Terrible place. I have been visiting my friend there 2 times a week for the past month. I have rarely seen nurses giving any of the patients compassion, and most of the time they seem neglected. And to top it off i went there today to visit my friend and found out 15 minutes after the visit that he has covid (tested positive 5 days ago) and they didnt even notify family, NOT EVEN HIS WIFE!)
