The hotel itself is very nice. Very clean, comfortable and convenient... but I have to go with 2 stars because the man at the front desk who claimed he was manager was absolutely HORRENDOUS!!!! My mother had booked a room online and listed the guest staying (in this case guest was NOT her, she was just booking) we get there and everything is fine up until entering the credit card to remain on file incase of any damages.... the credit card was my mother's, IE the person who booked the room in the first place. He denied this being a sufficient card to use because neither I or my husband were the card holder... and surprise, surprise... we booked through a third party so we lost out on $140 that night. I asked over and over again to see the hotels policy handbook stating that the card had to match persons ID on file. He just repeated over and over again that, that was the hotels policy whether I liked it or not and that he could not allow us to stay in the room we booked. I showed him a photo of my ID that I have on my phone, as I do not have a physical one right now, proving that my last name matched the card holders name. I had her on the phone and she was willing to email the hotel a photo of her ID as well, while placing a video call so that he could personally verify that she indeed was allowing us to use her credit card. None of that was sufficient enough for him and he was EXTREMELY RUDE AND JUDGEMENTAL through out the entire process.

Long walk up the stairs cause the elevator was out. I think it's alway out with no intentions of being fixed. Room was OK for a quick overnight. Basically clean. Micro and good size fridge . Good AC. Lobby and road entrance were a dump.

If you want a cheap place to crash, this is it. The room is nothing to be blown away by if it's all together. Might have a few things out of wack but everything works in the room. I just needed somewhere to sleep and it fit what I wanted. You had to call the number to get the attendant to come down which was slow and the elevator didn't work. No food here either but you're around a place with so many restaurants, you're a better off going out anyways.
