I came here to pick up my order and my car battery died in their parking lot. When I asked the guy behind the counter to test my battery he told me he's not gonna do it because it was dark outside (7 pm). An hour later when we were still in the parking lot the guy behind the counter came out of the store (in the dark!) and fixed his friend's car.

I had my car battery replaced here today and it was fairly quick and convenient given the busier weekend hours. Joe provided excellent customer service and installation and did a great job handling other customers in-between performing the install. During a time where many stores are understaffed and employees are often overworked and underappreciated, I hope this guy receives the recognition that is very much deserved!
