I visited as new patient. Initially looked very nice. I hear patient is assigned a doctor- they are understaffed and are on limited days. Now if something come up and that doctor is off that day then God help. It gets complicated and messy - just experience yourself to find out.

Dr. Anthony is wonderful. There is no other provider I trust with my fur babies. This comes from a nurse that knows the health industry and wants the best of the best. Whether it be routine care or a complicated surgical intervention, Dr. Anthony's knowledge and skills are superb. I feel like she treats my animals like her own with love and compassion.

We've been a long time client of Reed Animal Hospital and have always been so grateful for the wonderful care they've extended to our dogs. Dr. Reed, Dr. Johnson, Lindsey, Rosie, Misty and the rest of the staff are truly amazing and compassionate vet care professionals! We wanted to take this opportunity to mention Lindsey who recently and very patiently explained our dog's dental health issues to us! Who knew dental cleanings--like the ones we get minus anesthesia--are as important for dogs as they are for us??? That Dr. Reed's staff continues to provide such an awesome level of care even during this most challenging time because of Covid is a sterling testament to their incredible dedication! It seems to us that their jobs are even more demanding than the medical professionals we go to because our dog certainly isn't able to tell them what's going on, and though we hate to think of it, there's always the possibility that she might not react so politely to the people who are only trying to help her. THANK YOU to everyone at Reed Animal Hospital!!!

I had scheduled an appointment for a 3:30 time and was running behind due to an accident causing traffic. I called at 3:27 to the hospital and talked to an understanding receptionist about my arrival time now 3:45 and she said we are ok. I get there at 3:45 and wait on hold for 4 mins to let them know I have arrived for check in. They then instructed me to fill out a new pet form which took 10 mins, I then called back and was put On Hold again to hear, “the time is now 3:57 and your appointment was for 3:30 l, the doctor recommends rescheduling your appointment a week later.” Very poor to have me come down and waste my time, I would be more understanding if they told me on the phone that they cannot accept late appointments. If making an appointment here, show up 10 mins early in case you need to fill out forms.

Yes they took on too many clients though and service has gone way down hill. Try calling the Saratoga location... day and night difference.
