Ordered online for tires and installation. About 600 (Michelin had a sale online) total for my mid tier tires for Mazda 3. Easy drop off. If you have an appointment, Say your name and drop off keys at tire center office (to the right of the main entrance) ✅ My car was ready in about two hours. ✅ Pick up keys in the garage. ✅ Car feels and drives like new ✅ I didn't need it asap but they're reasonably quick.

The employees at this establishment are closing the shop HOURS BEFORE THE BUSINES IS DUE TO BE CLOSED and lying to customers about "not taking any walk-ins anymore". Prior to this, I checked that the drive-in bay wasn't filled (it was completely empty and there were two employees manning it) Staff does not wait for you to finish speaking before being ignored rudely. My parents were freaking out next to me. This is the end of the review as it literally isn't worth my time this morning getting ready to take my business elsewhere and actively recommend against the shop. All positive reviews must have been dealing with the good employees, not the ones they leave to close shop who just wait until real management is gone to just get out as fast as they can.
