CVS refuses to give me a receipt for my prescriptions. I am unable to submit the proper documentation to get reimbursed from my FSA. This has happened more than once.

This pharmacy is awful, everyone there needs retrained. I just had major surgery days ago and twice that CVS had been inept in filling my pain meds and twice they showed zero customer service. They have caused me an immense amount of pain from their poor performance and insulted me even further with just bad attitudes and atrocious customer service. The first time I sat in line in terrible pain for 20 mins only to be told they still weren't ready with no offer to make it right. I'm in obvious pain and they made it worse by withholding my meds and making me come back. The second time around I called first, to avoid the unnecessary trips and walking I had to do the first time, and the recording said my script would be ready by 4:30 so I showed up 30 mins beyond the time and they still weren't ready. I stood there in obvious pain while picking up pain meds and her only response was that I could wait 30 minutes. What terrible customer services! No offer to expedite for their poor performance, not even an apology for their failure that caused me more pain and will cause me even more pain when I have to go back. Just zero empthy shown and zero leadership by the managers as they listened to their employees fail again. I chalked the first ineptitude and bad attitude up to a bad day but clearly this is a systemic problem that is causing human suffering. I will no longer be using CVS after I finally get these meds.
