I wish I could give this pharmacy zero stars I’m switching my scripts from this day forward this is my fourth month dealing with them and every single time I’ve been treated absolutely terrible. It’s disgusting to me that people would treat people let alone customers the way they do they are extremely rude is a under statement. They do not want to do their job when you come to pick your script up it’s never ready above everything is the condescending tone and out right rudeness. This people should not have jobs! Im so confused why cvs is tolerating this kind of behavior from there employees and it’s no wonder they want to replace humans with machines.

Went to the cvs to fill my husband's pain medicine from the urgent care located in Lees Summit 5 pm. We live north of the river. They told me that I had to come back at 9 pm even though there were no waiters in queue no yellow baskets. We were ibside the store. I worked at the CVS in Belton MO for years as a tech and it was also a 24 hour pharmacy. This was the also the 2nd CVS pharmacy we went to. The first was on Noland 10 min before and had the exact same experience. Went across the streets to Walgreens and they had multiple waiters sitting in their lobby and they filled our script Meloxicam in 25 min. As a previous technician I really don't understand how they are managing their queues.

I have never been so frustrated as I am with your answering set up. If I call, it's because I need to speak to a REAL LIVE PERSON😡😡😡😡😡😡😡I don't need your hours, I don't need your location, I dont need to know about any available vaccines. And truly is it so hard to be pleasant when you do have to talk to one of your loyal customers!!!!!

Pharmacy pick up was quick and easy. Suggest they could put their OTC products together instead of having to search everywhere for them. They don't offer to much for OTC I've noticed.
