A dirty shack of a place inside and out. In a low rent building that is very hard to find. Staff attitude towards the people is mean. Bad attitudes. Very unfriendly.

Weekends and Holidays are by appointment only, from 9am to 1 pm

They say they are, but I doubt it. I'd still call though.
Their hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm, and Saturday, Sunday, and even Holidays from 9am to 1pm. I'm not sure what day or time you were there but I hope this helps. Reply if you have another Q. Have a great day...or not...but I highly suggest the great version.
