We ordered 3 piece dinner with all thighs (got 1 thigh and 2 wings)with mashed potatoes and add a slaw the mashed potatoes covered only the bottom of the cup like that was all they had left. Didn’t get the slaw but at least we wasn’t charged for it. The receipt even said 3 thighs. Also got nugget meal with ranch but didn’t get the ranch. The chicken was not even warm and we only live down the road. On a brighter note the rice was very good.

Worst service I have ever received from my popeye's chicken. We found a cockroach in our Box. When we reported it they offered to replace our food. I wouldn't have food from there again. This happened June the 28th 2022. So unless you want a cockroach leg Or a rat t*** I don't recommend them at all.

We are delivering for door dash and was at this location to pick up an order.. the lobby was closed. At lunch time on a Sunday. When we got to the window the lady asked to to circle around and come back threw.. we did and I pulled in front of a truck that was still ordering their food . Our order was already 10 minutes late, I pulled in front of the truck. Which door dash tells you to do and so do all of the other places that I have picked up orders from.. the little boy , who obviously was so stressed out that he couldn't handle his job, told us that his dad's rule was no cutting line..it's not a grocery store nor am I a toddler.. I've dashed over 200 orders and never had this problem. I will never accept and order from here again.. and your dad needs to teach you some manners Son. Rude and under staffed !

I don't like to leave bad comments. We were on the shelf about coming back here and decided to try it ine more time. I ordered I line and had it for lobby pick up since the lobby is now open. I had to wait 15 minutes just to get up to the counter to tell them my order number and it still wasn't ready. Peoplein front of me got more food then they ordered they tried to tell the lady behind the counter but she was rude and even said outlook she wished people would stop bugging her when she was trying to work. She said my order was something different then it was saying we ordered 2 lrg fries when one was supposed to be a lrg mashed potatoes. So I ordered it via the app as I was standing there and got mad because I did that. The teenage girl working the drive thru was every where but at the drive thru. Then you have another lady with a baby who was opening the door behind the register telling the staff to tell someone she needs the car seat and what do they do? They leave the customers waiting to go tell the person about the car seat. If this is how Popeye's is run it is a wonder they stay in business. They need to stop hiring anyone off the street who really doesn't care about their jobs and who get angry when dealing with people. Plus there was no Manager in site. As busy as they were the Manager should have been front and center helping out. THAT is what a good Manager does. Plus there was another employee who we aren't quite sure what she does beside stand around. Only thing that gave thos 3 stars was the food was really good.
